को: Time ~> Time
Why is this a separate function? This is the only time (pun intended?) that को would create an adverb. It doesn't fit under any other function very well. I did consider Goal at some point but the grammatical functions are entirely different.
को used to create a time adverbial is marked with Time↝Time.
